The Practice Performance Strategy Session™ is a 90-minute deep dive into your psychology practice. Together, we’ll look at the practice as a whole, uncover what’s really driving the challenges you’re experiencing, and get clear on where your attention will make the biggest difference. You’ll walk away with practical strategic direction during the session, followed by a tailored roadmap that brings together the priorities, opportunities and next steps for your practice. No generic business advice. No trying to fix everything at once. Just clarity on what matters, what comes next, and a practical path forward.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest. This policy outlines what to expect when booking and engaging with this service. Eligibility This service is exclusively for clients who are actively operating and managing a private practice. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, please contact us before booking. Before Your Session You will be asked to complete a brief pre-session form designed to: - Provide context about your current practice challenges - Help us tailor the session to your priorities This must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life happens — however, we also value your time and ours. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost. A reschedule link will be provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund (minus any transaction fees). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. You may transfer your session to another date once, or gift it to another eligible practice owner. Confidentiality & Ethics Your session will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
