Disco Rodeo Consulting was born from a turning point — one that demanded courage, clarity, and change.
After leaving an unhealthy relationship and a workplace where her voice was no longer heard, Alice stood at a crossroads: rebuild with purpose, or stay small. She chose the former.
With a background in Human Resources Management, operational leadership, team development and a sharp, intuitive understanding of the psychology space, Alice knew she had something powerful to offer: the ability to help practice owners lead with confidence, build strong systems, empower their teams, and create businesses that run with clarity and calm.
Together with co-founder Jessica, she built Disco Rodeo Consulting: a consultancy that doesn’t just fix systems — it transforms how practice owners show up in their business and lead their teams.
Jessica brings a bold blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and creative execution to the business. With a background in business leadership and management, sales, and client engagement, she leads growth strategy, our work in digital systems and brand development and more.
