Disco Rodeo Consulting began as a passion project to address the common challenges faced by practice owners. From burnout to administrative overwhelm, we've been supporting practices in navigating their journey since 2015. In 2023, Disco Rodeo Consulting was born.

As a co-founder of Disco Rodeo Consulting, I'm proud to combine my hands-on experience in psychology and allied health practice management with my passion for helping others succeed. From starting as a Receptionist to growing a small team of clinicians into a thriving practice with over 20 team members, I've lived the challenges that practice owners and managers face everyday. This journey inspired me to create a business dedicated to supporting others in building practices that are not just efficient but truly fulfilling for everyone involved.
