Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest. This policy outlines what to expect when booking and engaging with this service. Eligibility This service is exclusively for clients who are actively operating and managing a private practice. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, please contact us before booking. Before Your Session You will be asked to complete a brief pre-session form designed to: - Provide context about your current practice challenges - Help us tailor the session to your priorities This must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life happens — however, we also value your time and ours. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost. A reschedule link will be provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund (minus any transaction fees). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. You may transfer your session to another date once, or gift it to another eligible practice owner. Confidentiality & Ethics Your session will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
