Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest. This policy outlines what to expect when booking and engaging with this service. ✅ Eligibility This service is exclusively for clients who are actively operating and managing a private practice. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, please contact us before booking. 📄 Before Your Session You will be asked to complete a brief pre-session form designed to: - Provide context about your current practice challenges - Help us tailor the session to your priorities This must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life happens — however, we also value your time and ours. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost. A reschedule link will be provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund (minus any transaction fees). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. You may transfer your session to another date once, or gift it to another eligible practice owner. 🔒 Confidentiality & Ethics Your session will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
